ช่วงทดลองใช้ฟรีทำงานอย่างไร
ใช้ได้ทุกอย่าง 14 วันนับจากวันแรกที่เปิดแอป ไม่ต้องสมัครหรือผูกบัตร วันที่เริ่มทดลองจำไว้ใน iCloud และในเครื่อง การลบแล้วติดตั้งใหม่จึงไม่ทำให้ช่วงทดลองเริ่มใหม่

หมดช่วงทดลองแล้วเกิดอะไรขึ้น
บันทึกทั้งหมดยังอยู่ครบ อ่าน ดูประวัติ ลบความสำเร็จ ส่งออก นำเข้า ล็อก และตั้งค่าได้เสมอ การจดความสำเร็จใหม่ เช็คอิน เพิ่มโฟกัส แก้โน้ต และเพิ่มเป้าหมายใหม่ ต้องเป็นสมาชิก ไม่มีอะไรถูกซ่อนหรือลบ

สมาชิกมีแบบไหนบ้าง
รายเดือน และตลอดชีพ (จ่ายครั้งเดียว) ราคาแสดงในแอปเป็นสกุลเงินของประเทศที่ใช้ ดูแผนได้ที่ ตั้งค่า › สมาชิก › ดูแผนสมาชิก ถ้ายังไม่เป็นสมาชิก บรรทัดบนสุดของหน้าตั้งค่าก็มี ดูแผนสมาชิก ใครเป็นสมาชิกรายปีอยู่ก่อนแล้ว ใช้ได้ตามปกติจนครบปี แล้วจะไม่ต่ออายุ จากนั้นเลือกรายเดือนหรือตลอดชีพได้

กู้คืนการซื้อ (เช่น เปลี่ยนเครื่องหรือติดตั้งใหม่)
ใช้ Apple ID เดียวกับตอนซื้อ แล้วไปที่ ตั้งค่า › สมาชิก › กู้คืนการซื้อ (หน้าแผนสมาชิกก็มีปุ่มนี้ ข้างปุ่ม ใช้โค้ด) ส่วนใหญ่สิทธิ์สมาชิกจะกลับมาเองโดยไม่ต้องกด

ยกเลิกการสมัครสมาชิก
ตั้งค่า › สมาชิก › จัดการการสมัครสมาชิก (ขึ้นเมื่อเป็นสมาชิกรายเดือน หรือรายปีที่สมัครไว้ก่อน) หรือ การตั้งค่า iPhone › [ชื่อของคุณ] › การสมัครรับ (Subscriptions) ยกเลิกอย่างน้อย 24 ชั่วโมงก่อนรอบถัดไป บันทึกทั้งหมดยังอยู่หลังยกเลิก

ขอคืนเงิน
การชำระเงินทำผ่าน Apple การขอคืนเงินจึงทำกับ Apple ที่ reportaproblem.apple.com ผู้พัฒนาคืนเงินเองไม่ได้

ใช้โค้ดโปรโมชัน
เปิดหน้าแผนสมาชิก (ตั้งค่า › สมาชิก › ดูแผนสมาชิก) แล้วแตะ ใช้โค้ด

ใช้กับ iPhone หลายเครื่อง หรือซิงก์ได้ไหม
เวอร์ชันนี้ยังไม่ซิงก์ระหว่างเครื่อง บันทึกอยู่ใน iPhone เครื่องที่ใช้จด ถ้าจะย้ายไปเครื่องอื่น ใช้ไฟล์สำรอง (ดูหัวข้อด้านล่าง)

เปลี่ยนเครื่องใหม่
ถ้าย้ายข้อมูลด้วย Quick Start หรือกู้คืน iPhone เครื่องใหม่จากข้อมูลสำรอง (iCloud Backup หรือคอมพิวเตอร์) บันทึกใน iamDiary จะมาด้วย ถ้าตั้งเครื่องใหม่โดยไม่กู้คืน ให้ส่งออกไฟล์สำรองจากเครื่องเดิม แล้วนำเข้าในเครื่องใหม่ที่ ตั้งค่า › ข้อมูล › นำเข้าไฟล์สำรอง สิทธิ์สมาชิกผูกกับ Apple ID กู้คืนได้ที่ ตั้งค่า › สมาชิก › กู้คืนการซื้อ

สำรองข้อมูล (ส่งออก) และนำเข้า
ตั้งค่า › ข้อมูล › ส่งออก / สำรองข้อมูล จะได้ไฟล์ เช่น iamdiary-backup-2026-10-07.json (ปี ค.ศ.) เลือกที่เก็บได้เอง เช่น ในแอปไฟล์หรือ iCloud Drive นำเข้าได้ที่ ตั้งค่า › ข้อมูล › นำเข้าไฟล์สำรอง การนำเข้าจะรวมกับบันทึกที่มีอยู่ ไม่ลบของเดิม และไม่เพิ่มความสำเร็จที่ซ้ำ ข้อมูลสำรองของ iPhone รวม iamDiary ไว้แล้ว ไฟล์สำรองเป็นสำเนาอีกชุดที่เก็บเองได้ ก่อนลบแอปควรส่งออกไว้ เพราะการลบแอปจะลบบันทึกในเครื่องด้วย

ล็อกด้วย Face ID
ตั้งค่า › ความเป็นส่วนตัว › ล็อกด้วย Face ID ใช้ได้ทุกคน ไม่ต้องเป็นสมาชิก ต้องตั้งรหัสเครื่องไว้ก่อน แอปจะล็อกทุกครั้งที่เปิดใหม่ และเมื่อออกจากแอปเกิน 30 นาที ถ้าใช้ Face ID ไม่ได้ ใช้รหัสเครื่องแทนได้

การแจ้งเตือนไม่ขึ้น
เปิดที่ ตั้งค่า › แจ้งเตือน › เตือนวันละครั้ง ถ้าเคยปฏิเสธการแจ้งเตือนไว้ แตะ เปิดการตั้งค่าของเครื่อง หรือไปที่ การตั้งค่า iPhone › การแจ้งเตือน › iamDiary แล้วเปิดอนุญาต ถ้าวันนั้นจดหรือเช็คอินแล้ว จะไม่เตือน

เปลี่ยนภาษา
แอปเริ่มเป็นภาษาไทยเมื่อ iPhone ตั้งภูมิภาคเป็นประเทศไทยหรือใช้ภาษาไทย นอกนั้นเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ เปลี่ยนได้ทุกเมื่อในแอป ที่ ตั้งค่า › ภาษา หรือปุ่ม ไทย | EN ในหน้าต้อนรับ ข้อความของระบบ เช่น การขออนุญาตและ Face ID จะเป็นภาษาของเครื่อง

If something isn't working, please include your iPhone model, iOS version and what happened. There's no need to send your entries.

Frequently asked questions

How does the free trial work?
Everything works for 14 days from the first day you open the app. No sign-up and no payment details. The start date is remembered in your iCloud and on your device, so deleting and reinstalling the app does not restart the trial.

What happens when the trial ends?
Every entry stays. Reading, History, deleting wins, export, import, the lock and settings keep working. Logging new wins, checking in, adding to Focus, editing notes and adding new goals need a membership. Nothing is hidden or deleted.

What memberships are there?
Monthly and lifetime (one payment). Prices are shown in the app in your local currency. See them in Settings › Membership › See plans. If you're not a member yet, the top line of Settings has See plans too. Already on a yearly plan from before? It keeps working until your year ends, then doesn't renew, and you can choose monthly or lifetime.

Restore purchases (new iPhone or reinstall)
Use the same Apple ID you bought with, then go to Settings › Membership › Restore purchases (the plans screen has the same button, next to Redeem code). Usually membership comes back on its own without tapping anything.

Cancel a subscription
Settings › Membership › Manage subscription (shown when you have a monthly plan, or a yearly one from before), or iPhone Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next period. Your entries stay after cancelling.

Refunds
Payments go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The developer cannot issue refunds.

Redeem a code
Open the plans screen (Settings › Membership › See plans) and tap Redeem code.

Can I use more than one iPhone? Does it sync?
Not in this version. Entries stay on the iPhone you write them on. To move them to another iPhone, use a backup file (see below).

Moving to a new iPhone
If you move with Quick Start, or restore the new iPhone from a backup (iCloud Backup or a computer), your iamDiary entries come along. If you set up the new iPhone without restoring, export a backup file on the old one and import it on the new one in Settings › Data › Import a backup. Membership belongs to your Apple ID: restore it in Settings › Membership › Restore purchases.

Back up (export) and import
Settings › Data › Export / back up creates iamdiary-backup-YYYY-MM-DD.json; save it wherever you like, for example in Files or iCloud Drive. Import it in Settings › Data › Import a backup. Import merges with what's already there, never deletes anything and doesn't add the same win twice. Your iPhone's own backups already include iamDiary; a backup file is an extra copy you keep yourself. Export one before deleting the app, because deleting the app deletes its entries on that iPhone.

Lock with Face ID
Settings › Privacy › Lock with Face ID. Free for everyone, no membership needed. A device passcode must be set. The app locks whenever it starts and after 30 minutes away. If Face ID isn't available, your passcode works instead.

Reminders don't appear
Turn on Settings › Reminders › Daily reminder. If notifications were declined before, tap Open device settings, or go to iPhone Settings › Notifications › iamDiary and allow them. No reminder on days you've already logged.

Change the language
The app starts in Thai when your iPhone's region is Thailand or its language is Thai, and in English otherwise. Switch anytime in the app: Settings › Language, or the ไทย | EN switch on the welcome screen. System messages, like permission requests and Face ID, follow your iPhone's language.

Delete all my data
